The Wellington Ballroom and Harvest Suite which can host 570 people for a reception and 240 with a theatre set up has with floor to ceiling windows, allowing natural daylight in and then by the night the Ballroom is lit by spectacular chandeliers. The Crystal Palace benefiting from natural daylight with views of Hyde Park has a capacity of 180 for a reception and 110 with a theatre set up. There is a dedicated meetings manager on the 4th floor which has 8 modern meeting suites all with natural daylight.

The hotel is only five minutes by foot from the subway station Hyde Park Corner or Green Park. The Heathrow Express takes you to Paddington Station, from where you can take a taxi directly to the hotel. The Gatwick Express goes directly to Victoria Station.
