Offer valid for new event bookings only at participating hotels in select European countries (Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Belgrade, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ukraine and the UK) for events booked by the 31st of July 2019 and completed by 31st of December 2019. Should circumstances result in total cancellation of a meeting or program by group more than 90 days prior to the group arrival, 100% of the cancellation charges paid, as set out in the cancellation policy, may be applied for a future replacement meeting of comparable value at the same hotel that is booked, actualized and paid for by 31st December 2019, and is based upon date and rate availability at the participating hotel. If cancelled by group between 90 to 14 days prior to arrival, only 50% of the cancellation charges paid, as set out in the cancellation policy, may be applied for a future replacement meeting of comparable value at the same hotel that is booked, actualized and paid for by 31st December 2019. Any unused rebook credit will be retained by the hotel. If the replacement event is cancelled, group must pay full cancellation charges pursuant to the agreement for the future event and the rebook credit provided will be retained by the hotel. Events are subject to all other terms and conditions of the group booking contract with the participating hotel. Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply and vary by hotel. This offer may not be combined with other select promotions, offers or discounts, and excludes customers with negotiated company agreements with Hilton.
